BALTIMORE — Woman Charged with Attempted Murder in Downtown Stabbing

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with a violent stabbing that took place in downtown Baltimore last month.

According to the Baltimore Police Department, De’siya Parker was taken into custody on June 9, 2025, for allegedly stabbing a 35-year-old woman multiple times during an assault in the 400 block of East Baltimore Street. The incident occurred just after 12:45 a.m. on May 25.

The victim suffered serious injuries as a result of the stabbing. Following an investigation, detectives identified Parker as the suspect and transported her to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she was formally charged with attempted first-degree murder.

No further details about a possible motive or the condition of the victim have been released at this time.
