Chicago man arrested, charged with murder of 34-year-old woman in Englewood

CHICAGO — A man from Chicago has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a 34-year-old woman on December 9 in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side of the city.
Chicago police reported that 32-year-old Antwon Chambers is facing charges of first-degree murder, as well as one felony count related to murder involving a strong likelihood of death or injury, and an outstanding warrant.
Chambers was scheduled to appear for a detention hearing on Sunday.
