Minnesota Man Accused of Shooting Ex-Girlfriend and Killing Another Man Inside Her Home

MINNESOTA — A 22-year-old man is facing multiple serious charges after police say he shot his ex-girlfriend and killed another man inside her apartment in a violent domestic incident.

Authorities say Creshawn Depre Pryor is charged with second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, and first-degree assault following the shooting.

The incident happened Wednesday afternoon in St. Paul, where police responded to an apartment on the 1500 block of Edmund Avenue after receiving a 911 call reporting a shooting.

According to investigators, the female victim told dispatchers she had been shot and that another man inside the apartment was dead. When asked who was responsible, she identified Pryor as the shooter.

Officers arrived at the scene and confirmed that one man had been killed, while the woman survived her injuries.

Police say Pryor and the woman had previously been in a relationship, though it is unclear what led up to the shooting. Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Pryor is now in custody and facing multiple felony charges as the case moves forward through the court system.

The investigation remains ongoing.
